SHIPPING POLICY
Dear Customer: thank you for shopping with us. We apologize, concerning the minimum shipping charge for all purchases made at relentlessswagsportswear.com. Please understand that we are a new and growing company. We are a new brand with a vision to inspire the world to BELIEVE, and as we believe our brand will grow with your support: we appreciate your purchases with us. We hope in the near future to be able to wave this shipping fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned items returned; if received after 10 days of purchased date. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of returns and exchanges. All items must be returned unworn and with out damaged or defect. Prior to sending return items, costumer is required to take two pictures (front and back) of all items to be returned along with a copy of the sales receipt and customer will receive an acceptance tor denial response for the exchange or refund request. If items are returned due to the customer receiving damaged apparel or products due to no fault of the customer; two pictures (front & back) of the item(s) should be taken along with additional pictures and explanation validating the defective or damage items. All copies of receipts and/or photo images are to be submitted to relentlessswag@rs-ibelieve.com.
On all exchanges only of equal or more value, Relentless Swag, LLC will ship your new order to you at no additional shipping cost to you! If you the customer are not satisfied with your items for any reason please inform us at Relentless Swag prior to returning and we will try and rectify the situation for you. If you decide not to exchange the product and we cannot provide you wit a solution that brings you satisfaction, we do apologize for the inconvenience in advance.
